Some feel rocked by complex questions like questions like economic equality, immigration, climate change, politics, and religion. They can make us insecure, frightened and sometimes angry, feelings that are the psychological basis for polarisation. We believe there is a need for new mindsets and tools that can counteract growing divides. We invent methods that help people to understand each other. Without understanding few gaps will be bridged.
