Finwisor Wealth Management was founded by Jay Shah. He is an MBA (IIM Lucknow) and a CA (AIR 10- CPT). His journey started in 2011 when he secured an AIR 10 in a CA exam. Being from a family of HNI investors, the responsibilities of handling finances were slowly passed on to him. That was his first experience at Wealth Management. In 2017, out of passion, he started writing articles to help others optimize their finances. His articles gained much appreciation and recognition. People were shocked to find that he was able to warn about a market crash when other's were all in praises for the same! One day a follower asked him to manage his finances. Eventually a few more did... On the other side, he noticed how wealth managers were focussed on selling rather than advising. Due to a lack of proper advice, a lot of investors had lost their wealth. Mis-selling of products in the industry was rampant. Also, given the fast-paced lives, people were left with little time to learn about finances. So they suffered. All these factors prompted Jay to start a wealth management firm that addressed all the above issues. Being a CA, he also had expertise in tax planning which gave him an edge. Thus began the journey of Finwisor Wealth Management. We started small, with the set of people who had initially approached Jay. We actually wanted to create a big difference in the lives of our clients. We wanted earnings to be a side effect of the selfless services we offered. With this goal in mind, our organization was formed. We recently outperformed Nifty 500 by 15% (as of 30 June 2020) over 1 year due to the asset allocation strategy. (Please don't misunderstand this. Don't expect 15% outperformance at all times. We have tried to do our role diligently and luckily we succeeded. There may arise times in the future when we may fail too!) Our vision is to help humans be happy. Wealth is just the start for us. We hope to be able to help more and more people gain happiness.
