The Fit All Year, allows the formation of small groups (in number never more than 12 elements in the face-to-face and limited to 40 elements in the online) where bonds of friendship and commitment are created, allowing the participants to overcome through group effort, attending the same classes, at the same time, in a perspective of much more progressive evolution and commitment! The Personal Trainer designs a training program according to your profile, needs and goals. In this way, we guide and motivate the student in a progressive and logical way so that the results obtained are persistent over time, with the objective of avoiding the yoyo effect (example: losing weight and gaining it back) guaranteeing satisfaction, commitment and totally differentiated follow-up.
