Our main capabilities can be categorised as follows: Systems Engineering: integration of complex systems across the CADMID lifecycle, applying the principles of requirements management, project management, and structured acceptance through integrated test and acceptance planning. Supportability Engineering: ILS practitioners supporting the design and implementation of in-Service support solutions, particularly relating to the transition from new-build - including configuration management, design change, and Information Knowledge Management. Operational and Safety Engineering: safety management in ships with experience of developing platform and equipment safety cases and their underpinning evidence. Inclduing support to maritime front-line engineering and crew's ability to Operate, Maintain, Diagnose and Repair. Ship-Air Integration: developing Interface Control Documents, Ship Aviation Safety Case Reports and Ship Air Release recommendations, as well as supporting the safety clearances and Naval Authority certification submissions. Business/Project Support: Supporting teams with project management, bid support/review, and business decision making analysis.
