GCC Global Customer Care GmbH was founded in the year 2006 and is located in Dübendorf, Zurich. Since 2012 the company is operating in Essen, Germany under GCC GmbH Deutschland for acting in European Union market. Meanwhile, GCC GmbH has been serving renowned customers from all over the world in the fields of telecommunications and mobile communications. Distributions, customer support and service management are building the core business and GCC GmbH has thus established itself as a global player. That cannot be a coincidence. The company founder, Mr. Bernhard Schaden, has been working in the field of customer care and distribution for over 20 years and has been able to build up a profound expertise in this sector. His high level of technical understanding, market knowledge and innovative thinking was helping to lead the company GCC Global Customer Care to its success. Today, several employees are working under the direction of Mr. Bernhard Schaden. When time allows it, the CEO, Mr. Schaden, involves himself in additional activities. Besides various sporting activities, he was even the organizer of the model aerobatics World Cup 2015 in Dübendorf, and took part in the organizing committee of the World Air Games 2015 in Dubai. Both events required a great deal of knowledge, commitment, experience and a great network. Not surprisingly, these international competitions were a great success too.
