Georgian Carriage Builders Holding was established in 2009, The holding includes following companies: Carriage Building Company (since 2005), Electrical Car Repair Works (since1883), Rustavi Steel Work (since 1964) and Tbilisi Art Hall (since 2010). L.T.D. "Carriage-Building Company" - was established in 2005. Since the day of foundation, Rustavi "Carriage-Building Company" has been constructing and modernizing different types of carriages, according to current demands. Main Operational Activities : • Construction of new freight cars, the overhaul • The pairs construction and repair Joint Stock Company "Tbilisi rolling stock work" - is one of the most ancient enterprise in the whole South Caucasus region. JSC "Electrical Car Repair Works" was founded in 1883 on the basis of the former railway workshops and it called diesel locomotive – car repair works. Main Operational Activities : • Passenger carriages and high-end train repair • Building up of electric trains and locomotives and pairs "Rustavi Steel Work" - was founded in 1964. It provides medium and small details for carriages, also stainless steel, cast iron of different types of crowns and etc. "Tbilisi Art Hall" - Founded in the 90s of the 19th century. After reconstruction and renovation the cultural center is known as Art-Hall. Its goal is to promote Georgian art and culture, also development of aesthetic education of young people.
