GlobeMD will be a comprehensive point of service provider to meet the all-inclusive needs of both medical tourists and provider facilities. Specifically, we envision the ability to provide the following multiple service platforms to all parties. FOR PATIENTS: • Content aggregator facilitating information discovery • Source for credible patient reviews facilitating vendor selection • Tiered service levels assisting patients with provider engagement, transactions and support during the entire care continuum. For PROVIDERS: • Tiered service levels for providers and facilities ranging from raising their profiles through listings on our site to providing differing levels of client engagement and transaction capabilities • Patient experience consulting for providers/facilities seeking to correct deficiencies their patient care experience. The challenges encountered by the provider largely revolve around their inability to successfully market themselves to an international patient base. Providers recognize that the economic benefits of engaging medical tourists are at least two-fold. First, these are full pay, cash paying clients able to significantly increase provider and facility revenues. Second, by increasing patient flow, these facilities are facilitating more efficient use of fixed-cost resources.
