GREENbimlabs - the AI for a circular and climate neutral built world

GREENbimlabs transforms buildings from the largest material consumer and material waste producer into the largest, fully indexed, safe to use and accessible material resource stock on Earth, while eliminating hundreds of millions of operational costs throughout their life cycle. We use the combined power of AI and data to help architects, owners and investors to create safe, sustainable and cost-efficient buildings and infrastructure and give back all utilized, mostly valuable and highly scarce resources, to the next generations. GREENbimlabs is a spin-off from the RWTH Aachen and winner of the EXIST Forschungstransfer excellence program of the Germany Federal Ministry for Economics and Energy for high-risk high-innovation ideas from the German research and science environment with a funding of 1 million €. Our technology incorporates the results and expertise of more than 10 years of research at some of the leading European research institutions and 15 years of practice experience in all important stations of the software development and of the building life cycle, from the material production, through the BIM-based building design to the operation and end-of-life planing.
