Following a major relaunch in 2020, we embraced a direct-to-consumer model, establishing a global logistics network with 3PL partners in key cities including Sydney, Berlin, Paris, Salt Lake City, and Vancouver. This strategy allows us to bring our eco-friendly earplugs directly to customers worldwide, while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. As of 2025, our community of loyal customers continues to grow, driven by the consistent performance and quality of our products.
