Harvest Health MD (HHMD) is a membership-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) office, providing full scope primary care and health and wellness services to residents of Savannah, GA. Members pay the practice directly to receive a host of healthcare services thus, streamlining medical care, increasing cost transparency and improving quality. Through partnering with the patient and focusing on education, empowerment, accountability, and evidence-based medicine, we are committed to improving the health of our patients mentally, physically emotionally, and spiritually.
