HealthyFy Solutions is a registered and ISO approved diet, nutrition and wellness company. The proprietor of the company Dr. Sheenu Sanjeev is doctorate in biomedical sciences from The University of Delhi, New Delhi and had done dietetic health and nutrition course and from VLCC, and many other certifications in diet and nutrition, fitness and healings. By following her dream of working in the field of health and wellness, She established HealthyFy Solutions in 2014. HealthyFy the word coined by Dr. Sheenu Sanjeev, The word denotes to produce health. The aim is to provide proper health of, body, mind & soul. HelthyFy's slogan is 'Be Healthy & Fit at HealthyFy'. We strongly believe in the body's ability to heal itself, properly supported through right choices of food, nature's store house of energy and healing power i.e. herbs, a healthy and positive bent of mind, and appropriate life style modifications. When we talk about obesity( weight gain) , high cholesterol or high blood sugar, we only concentrate on one aspect of physical health and other dimensions get ignored.
