恒安标准人寿保险有限公司于2003年12月开业，总部设在天津。股东双方为天津市泰达国际控股（集团）有限公司和英国标准人寿安本集团。截至2019年12月底，公司注册资本金逾40.46亿元人民币，双方股东各出资50%。 公司成立以来，已设立天津、青岛、北京、山东、江苏、辽宁、四川、河南、广东、大连等10家分公司，销售机构达到80余家。 恒安标准作为一家合资寿险公司，一直秉承以客户为中心立足市场，建立涵盖客户全生命周期的保险产品体系，满足客户在风险保障和养老等多方面的需求。 Heng An Standard Life Insurance Co., Ltd (HASL) was jointly established by Tianjin TEDA International Holding (Group) Co., Ltd and Standard Life Assurance Company in 2003. As at the end of December 2019, Registered capital is RM 4.046 billion with 50% from either party. HASL is headquartered in Tianjin. Since the establishment of the company, Branches have been successfully set up in Tianjin, Qingdao, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Guangdong and Dalian. More than 80 sales agencies.
