The HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group coach led workouts using our revolutionary and unique HIT Machines (they can be seen here www.hitmachine.co.uk) and a small amount of light studio equipment. The machines are low impact and respond to the users force with varying levels of resistance. HITZone isn't a gym... it's for people who want maximum results in minimum time.
