Hyper Plastics & Composites is founded by researchers, who are specialized in polymer, at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). This company is funded under the TUBITAK 1512 - Entrepreneurship Support Program (BIGG) for the project titled as "Functional Composite Filament Production". The business idea supported by TÜBİTAK aims to fabricate nano- and micro-reinforced high-performance thermoplastic filaments for 3D printers and granules for injection molding process which will be followed by the mass production phase for the growing market.
