These include commercial offices, industrial sites, local authority buildings, schools, universities, public and private facilities. Our aim is to build relationships with our clients and main contractors to work smoothly through projects. We work on a wide range of projects from small (£5K) to large (£500K) in the Bristol area and throughout the south-west and M4 and M5 corridor. We cover residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects. I & M Services Ltd skilled workforce are trained to install all types of commercial boilers and heating plant and domestic installation. We also offer maintenance contracts for Bristol and Bath, currently to offices, bars, clubs and restaurants. All staff and contractors attend regular training courses to keep them up to date with changing technology and current compliance legislation.
