I Know This Girl is a female-owned small business founded by Kate Stewart. Our mission is to help women to experience more joy in their lives, through teaching them how to use tools and techniques for meditation. I Know This Girl creates a safe space where women can feel part of a community – to be seen, heard, acknowledged and accepted for who they are - through community events, diverse wellbeing events, holistic practices, retreats and workshops. Our online shop provides crystal singing bowls and sound meditation tools, scientifically proven to improve concentration, insomnia, reduce stress & anxiety, and support a healthier immune system.
