IN4 Group is a skills, innovation and start-up services provider that specialises in supporting businesses with the training, communities, networks and advice they need to scale and enhance their innovation ecosystems. Its mission is to establish the UK as the place for pioneers in the fourth industrial revolution alongside its world-class industry partners with people, place and community at its core. The Group has now established itself as one of the UK's leading innovation and technology hub operators. IN4 has worked extensively with SME businesses in the North West to enable the adoption of industrial digital technologies like AI, IoT and machine learning and to help them unlock business growth opportunities. It has collaborated with Lancaster University and Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Training Partner, to lead on the pioneering GM AI Foundry Industrial Accelerator programme. The Group established IN4 Access in 2018, a ground-breaking joint venture business with the University of Central Lancashire, focused on using disruptive technology to streamline SME manufacturing processes through the upskilling of leadership teams. It is also an approved training provider to SC21 (Supply Chains for the 21st Century), the government's investment into future-proofing the UK's aerospace and automotive supply chains. IN4 operate HOST, the Home of Skills & Technology, one of the North West's most established innovation hubs, based at MediaCityUK, formerly known as The Landing. HOST offers five floors of innovation services, training and facilities, and support for people and businesses alike, from start-ups and SMEs through to enterprise and the public sector.
