(For English scroll down) დამოუკიდებელ ინიციატორთა ჯგუფი (იგი) 2016 წელს მეგობართა საერთო ინიციატივით შეიქმნა. ორგანიზაცია მუშაობს ახალგაზრდულ სფეროში. ჩვენ გვჯერა, რომ ყველა ახალგაზრდას უნდა მიეცეს თანაბარი შანსი განვითარებისა და იდეათა განხორციელებისათვის, რომელიც საბოლოო შედეგად მოიტანს საზოგადოების სასიკეთო ცვლილებას. განსაკუთრებულ ყურადღებას ვუთმობთ რეგიონებს და გვჯერა, რომ ერთად მუშაობითა და საერთო სულისკვეთებით, შესაძლებელია გავხდეთ ისეთი ქვეყნის მოქალაქეები, სადაც დემოკრატია არა მხოლოდ ტერმინი არამედ ქცევის ნაწილია. "იგი" მიზნის მისაღწევად მუშაობს შემდეგი მიმართულებით: -ახალგაზრდების პიროვნული უნარების განვითარება -ახალგაზრდების სოციალური უნარების გაძლიერება -ტოლერანტული და მიმღებლური გარემოს შექმნა თემებში მიზნის მიღწევისათვის "იგის" მოხალისეები და წევრები აქტიურად ატარებენ შეხვედრებს, არაფორმალური განათლების მექანიზმების გამოყენებით, ასევე უერთდებიან და მასპინძლობენ საერთაშორისო პროექტებს. *** Independent Group of Initiators (IGI) is an Association entirely dedicated to the development of youth, which was established in the year of 2016 with the great involvement and initiative of a friends. Its mission is to stimulate and sustain young people's active, civic and responsible participation to the educational, social, cultural and economic environment of the communities they live in. For reaching it's aim IGI works in the following directions : - Improving Youth inter-personal skills - strengthening social skills in Youth - facilitation creating of open minded and tolerant society For its well-functioning, this association relies on the principles of responsible volunteering, self-motivation and self-determination, active civic participation, taking initiative,problem solving in a creative ways, involvement and cooperation, friendship, mutual respect and support, democracy, transparency, equity, legality, tolerance and non-discrimination. Organization uses Outdoor and non-formal methods for promoting self-development and youth participation.
