Our specialist disability accommodation (SDA) homes are private apartments centred around communal facilities. Designed with quality, comfort, accessibility and livability, our private apartments are your place to call home. Whether you want to live independently or share your home with family, it's your space to call your own. Our homes are based in the Western and South Western Sydney, with places available now. More than just a housing provider, ILV are specialists in the SDA process and can help support coordinators, NDIS participants and their families and carers, through the complex SDA process to help secure a place to call home.
