IEW Ltd has been providing sub contract electronic manufacturing services for over 40 years serving a wide range of clients including some of industry's leading Blue Chip companies. With a highly experienced team of over fifty trained staff we are able to offer a range of quality services designed to be cost effective. Box and Panel Build. As an established manufacturer of Box and Panel Build, we offer a large range of bespoke units from small desk top units, to large floor standing units, power boxes and 19" rack build. This area is one of growth for IEW Ltd and we have expanded our facilities to allow a flexible service. We offer a complete service with all metalwork and art work supplied according to customer specifications or free issue can be used if preferred. Cable assemblies and looms We are able to assemble a comprehensive range of connectors, cables and terminators from miniature co-axial up to large high current connectors. The range includes ribbon cable assemblies to high voltage cabling and we have recently started to introduce fibre optic cables. As members of the British Cryogenic Council, we manufacture temperature resistant assemblies. Our power range is from a few microamps to cables handling in excess of 100 amps. All cables are inspected and tested before leaving the site. PCB assemblies IEW Ltd is experienced in the assembly of PCB boards - all sizes from large boards with densely packed components to small boards with few components. Mostly Through Hole assembly is conducted on site but we also offer low volume SMT. Bare board manufacture is achieved using the customers Gerber files, or if preferred bare boards can be free issued. PCB assemblies undergo complete visual inspection using AOI before delivery.
