In 2003 Declan Haverty founded Informed Decision to be a niche and expert resourcing / talent consulting firm, working with small and large clients across a wide definition of EMEA, delivering people-based solutions across business sectors. This vision has stayed consistent and true. Evolving with demand and opportunity, our work now ranges from searching for one-off, business-critical and senior individuals (often outside the remit of an in-house resourcing team) to "embedded" projects undertaken on an interim basis where we support, complement and develop clients' in-house resourcing teams over a number of months, continuing to deliver quality hires and strong value.
