International Space Agency (ISA)
The Mission of the International Space Agency, I.S.A., is to be a Global Enabler and Focal Point for Human Space Endeavors, and to Bring Together for Peaceful Purposes, the Common Vision, Interests, Activities, Established Space Assets, and Resources of Earths Nations & Non-Government Organizations, for the Purpose of Exploring, Utilizing, Developing, and Colonizing our "Earths" Solar System, and all Planets, Moons, and Natural Resources Therein; as well as Advancing Human Knowledge, Understanding, and Presence into the Vast and Infinite Frontiers of Space Beyond our "Earths" Solar System. Primarily, Firstly, for the Benefit of I.S.A. Member Nations and Organizations, and Secondly, in general, on the Behalf of the Peoples of World Community, Earth. Such Global Programs as: An I.S.A. International Asteroid & Comet Watch Center, Program, & Joint Civil Planetary Defense Programs, to Find, Identify, Catalog, Track, Monitor, and in the Case of a Known Potential Large Object Strike of Earth; Develop & Employ Global Plans to Divert or Destroy Potential Threats. Also: Creating and Operating an I.S.A. International Space Traffic Control Center, to Over See and Monitor International Civil Launch, Orbital, and Space Traffic. This Facility would also Track and Catalog Space Debris and Give Safety Alerts on Space Traffic, Debris, and Space Weather & Solar Flare Levels. Also: Creating & Maintaining an I.S.A. International Space Sciences, Space Technology, and Astronomy Data Base Available in the Major Languages of the International Community. This International Data Base would be Maintained by the I.S.A. at a Central International Supercomputer Facility & Resources Center. Also: Supporting & Assisting when ever possible, the Promoting & Enabling of Commercial, Industrial, Scientific, and Private Ventures, for Peaceful Purposes, in our "Earths" Solar System and in Space. Offering through the Membership and Contractors of the I.S.A., Global Access to Space Transportation.
