However, we invest in property deals to add value in the short- term. Our focus is on underperforming, undervalued and undermanned properties. Our aim is to create a stable and rising cash- flow portfolio. On the end, we want to have attractive yields to be beneficial for our development / operation / foundation divisions. Our investments range from resi, office, industrial/commercial and speculative development plots.
