Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) is a strategic developer stimulating the long-term development of Iskandar Puteri (previously known as Nusajaya), a green field area in the South Johor's special economic zone called Iskandar Malaysia. The latest development to benefit the greater Rakyat is the Coastal Highway Southern Link (CHSL), the final stretch of the Coastal Highway from Johor Bahru to the Second Link that concludes the cross-border Inner Ring Road. The CHSL, upon its completion in the second quarter of 2017, will halve travel time from the Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ at the Second Link to Medini, from ten to just five minutes. This short, yet high-impact connection is the key to reaching various key destinations in Iskandar Puteri directly and smoothly from Singapore.
