Jazz Innovation uses storytelling, American music history and live performance to demonstrate diversity and inclusion principles musicians use to that lead to greater creativity - principles the business world, and others, can learn from. Musicians pioneered diversity decades before the general population and continue to lead in the positive embrace and adoption of cultures locally and across the globe to aide in their advancement. Jazz Innovation teaches about the positive effects of diversity and inclusion in a way that brings people together in ways only music can do.
