JPM Ltd are engaged to take full responsibility for coordinating all aspects of a project's on-site operations to ensure a safe, successful handover, on time and within budget. Additional duties include: • Working with the client to understand project requirements and build longstanding relationships • Communicating project progress and gaining client approval for any required changes in scope • Liaising between relevant stakeholders to ensure they understand their responsibilities • Enforcing HSEQ guidelines and communicating any changes to the project schedule • Monitoring budget allocation and implementing necessary cost control measures • Ensuring full compliance with client regulations and government legislation by all personnel Current Projects include;- Gleneagles Townhouse ; Luxury City Hotel & Members Club, St Andrews Square, Edinburgh.
