Katz Architecture is a full service architectural practice with a specialized focus on the renovation, restoration, preservation and maintenance of pre-war, landmark structures. As a partner to Co-op and Condo Boards, property managers and building owners, Katz Architecture provides building architect services, feasibility studies, code and zoning investigation, owner representation and full service architectural design. Our projects include full building renovations, building expansions, facade restoration, roof repair and replacement, vault repair, lobby renovations and building-wide infrastructure work. Since our founding in 2002, design quality, building safety, code compliance and budget management have been critical aspects of our practice. Every project we do increases building value.
