Our target market is comprised of heavy duty aftermarket distribution companies that are normally too large for an individual to acquire and too small for a private equity firm. Our philosophy is centered on partnering with existing management teams to provide the support necessary for successful growth. As experienced operators, we know what is needed to grow and succeed in today's competitive business environment. Criteria for Investment: Before making an investment, KGI considers the following criteria: ● Strength of the existing management team. ● Past operating performance. ● Compelling growth opportunities. ● Strong customer service component. ● Revenues of $10-20 million. ● EBITDA of $1-3 million.
