‘kocorolab' was born in December 2008 with the aim to support people in their work and in their lives. Research We study cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects of human mind on interpersonal face-to-face situation by cognitive scientific approaches. Our research domains are mainly industrial and organizational psychological domains. We adopt classical symbolic representational computational concepts and new agent simulation approaches as research methodologies. We developed the model of emotion adopting agent architectures (e.g. Star-LOGO, SOARS.) One simulation models the mechanism of agent's depression on StarLOGO. The other simulation models the nervous reaction of agent in a recruitment interview process. Also I participated to the project in which we developed a task analysis simulation for business development team. We planned a project management simulator which includes psychological factor of team members. This simulator's model depends on interdependence theory in social psychology.
