LAVLI is a food retailer based on solidarity. We are a young agri-food start-up from Tegernsee that was founded in early 2020. Our mission: A sustainable supply of healthy food that was produced fairly. A food supply that serves the well-being of the farmer, people and nature instead of harming them. The concept is based on a solidary relationship between producers and consumers. That is why only members will be allowed to shop in the LAVLI stores and in the LAVLI online shop. The farmers should ensure good food, the members in return ensure their existence - that is the basic idea. The idea is not new and has been successfully implemented in South Korea for almost 35 years. Hansalim started as a small farmer's cooperative and today supplies more than 1.5 million people with food. LAVLI forms a bridge between producers and consumers, ensures a modern infrastructure, takes on transport, marketing and sales. The aim is to create a large direct sale for regional producers and their products. A farm shop for everyone. The producers receive as much of the income as possible. The customers (= members) pay fair but not excessive prices. LAVLI is a purpose-oriented company that is committed to the common good. The point of doing business is not to maximize profits, but rather fair prices and appreciation for producers, healthy food, environmental protection and the promotion of regional economic cycles.
