LegalRise Institution is a concept originated by 2 Mumbai based lawyers who with their expertise in commercial dispute resolution aim to be India's most client-friendly arbitration and mediation institution, acting as a one-stop destination for all arbitration, mediation and conciliation claims. We at LegalRise aim at promoting and imbibing a culture of institutional arbitration, especially amongst the commercial sector. We further promise to act as a platform to cater to the needs of small as well as large businesses. The all-encompassing rules of the LegalRise Institution are designed primarily to provide a convenient, efficient, expeditious, flexible and cost-effective alternate dispute resolution set-up to its clients, along with utmost confidentiality in the conduct of proceedings.
