Founded in 2010, we are the world leader in telomere biology and related assays focusing on cellular senescence, aging and longevity. Telomeres are the caps at the end of chromosomes and that play a crucial role in aging and age-related diseases. Telomeres are the best known measure of biological, as opposed to chronological, age and are essential indicators of the state of health of an organism at the cellular level. Life Length was established to commercially exploit telomere length and telomerase activity measurement technologies in personalized and preventive medicine, in oncology diagnostics with our EU-approved CE-marked PROSTAV assay for prostate cancer diagnosis and to offer our services to the pharma and life sciences industries as well as researchers globally in many fields interested in using our unique technologies into their studies and research projects.
