I take on an ongoing role in the organization with specific responsibilities. This significantly increases accountability, teamwork, and results. Supporting your leadership team, I'll ensure your organization has the appropriate tools and systems in place to track, measure and act on important financial and operational data. By training each department to make educated decisions on how to impact financial performance, this instills the mentality of "opportunity cost" by creating accountability via department budget tracking and KPIs.
