Maryland Public Television (MPT) is a television station with a free statewide broadcast signal and an educational institution specifically dedicated to Maryland and its citizens. As a state licensee of PBS, MPT is a conduit for disseminating quality PBS programming to all corners of Maryland along with MPT's own locally produced shows. Our mission is to served the people of Maryland and beyond with high-quality, educational, creative programming over the air, online, and in the community.
