mbly is not a start-up in the classical sense. Our founders are rooted in real estate management and know what landlords are concerned about. This is also, why the idea for mbly was born. We asked ourselves: How can we help landlords of furnished apartments whose income is greatly reduced by governmental rent regulations? In Berlin, for example, landlords of furnished apartments have to reckon with 40% less income due to the rental cap. This is where mbly comes into play: We turn furniture into liquidity and make renting out furnished accomodations carefree and profitable. By renting out furniture with mbly, landlords of furnished accomodations can therefore face all governmental rent regulations with composure – and at the same time enjoy an all-inclusive service for furniture and equipment that they can offer to their tenants.
