ABOUT MCE VIP PAPERLESS CHECK-IN & STAFFING SOLUTION As VIP check-in concierge, the MCE team will take over your entire registration process in any event. MCE will wow your attendees with 1 on 1 VIP paperless check-in. Setting up with anywhere from 4 kiosk to 10 with a VIP concierge at EACH kiosk we help your attendees find their name, confirm their seating, assign a bid number if necessary, confirm food choices and any other data available. KIOSK POLLING From the check-in kiosk we can poll your attendees for information and reporting. i.e. Are you a member of our organization? Has your business been referred this year?... and report out on all those attendees who answer providing you a lead list. PRINT CONFIRMATIONS/BADGE PRINTING Many events have a social hour prior to the engagement. Many times attendees can forget their tables and paddles numbers. To help with that, at time of check-in, a confirmation slip/badge is printed with defining information: Name, Table Number, Paddle, meal choices, etc. or this print confirmation can simply be your attendee badge.
