Our Mission Empower patients to share their health information with any provider instantly and securely. About MedSeal MedSeal was founded in 2020 to accelerate patient onboarding and simplify life for patients and providers. We pioneered the development of AutofillAITM technology, which helps patients automate how they fill out medical forms, provide consent, and share payment and insurance information.  Legacy electronic and paper forms are manual, slow, expensive, and error-prone. MedSeal eliminates the paper, automates the process, and connects to all the other systems that providers are already using. Our platform has over 10,000 pre-built integrations with health systems so providers can easily connect MedSeal to their existing EHR. In addition, our API is connected to 280 million patient records, allowing patients to access existing health records for even faster onboarding.
