We are a boutique Executive Resourcing agency, specialising in senior Supply Chain Executive search and recruitment. We focus specifically on the beer, beverage and food sectors but also work with FMCG companies in other sectors where effective and optimised supply chains are of utmost importance. Geographically, we are experienced particularly in the UK, Africa and West/Central Europe, but our networks, data base and search capability are global. We are able to engage closely with our clients due to the in-house experience gained by our CEO, Mike Short, in global industry. Mike held Senior Executive positions with the 2nd largest global Brewing company, SABMiller, a FTSE-10 company listed in London and Johannesburg, operating across >80 countries. He held the positions of CEO of Central European operations, Group Technical Director, Group Corporate Affairs Director and Director leading the integration of SABMiller's global Supply Chain. In these roles, Mike led and managed Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial enhancement at market, Regional and Group level. This encompassed the entire End to End Supply Chain, as well as managing the key Supply Chain functions of Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service. Our Research and Search team has over 16 years' experience in talent research, specifically in Africa and Europe. We are based in London but have offices in Johannesburg and have Associates in Nairobi, Morocco and across Europe. Success in his in-house Executive roles demanded the recruitment of high potential, talented individuals and the creation of effective teams. This, together with Mentys' extensive search and recruitment experience, has led to our deep knowledge of both the client-side and headhunter-side of talent search and recruitment. As a boutique agency, we are very focussed and able to work quickly and effectively, with fees that are far lower than the large recruitment companies.
