We as MICAP provide a full structured project management approach for our clients. In addition to our consulting projects, we have founded the joint venture "TERRA Project Holding GmbH" with our partner Trigon Immobilien Holding GmbH to provide special sites for the development of Data Centers (DC) in the Berlin/Brandenburg area. All our sites have enormous energy potentials and corresponding construction guidelines for the development of new and environmentally friendly data centers.
