Mindfulness England

We provide mindfulness based self-development and mental health programs, courses and workshops to address the raising mental health needs in the community. Our services are modeled on proven and successful mindfulness & compassion based approach achieved by the Flame Center for mindfulness, holistic health & well being. It has successfully provided both access and awareness of Mindfulness and compassion based interventions for the benefit to over 1000 individuals and the collective psycho-hygiene of the community. We deliver our services in partnership with the Flame Centre for Mindfulness, Holistic health and well being. Mindfulness England board members include Mr Davinder Panesar, a highly successful, respected and experienced mindfulness based psychotherapist and accomplished researcher of Eastern psychologies. He pioneered Mindfulness based interventions for stress in the UK more than 20 years ago in 1994 which was also taught through Coventry University as far back as 1998/99. We provide an effective, transferable and practical mindfulness based solution to meet both the needs of those suffering from anxiety, depression or stress in specific groups in addition to meet the psychological needs of those in work, those seeking work and those facing change at work.
