The inner cover, made of 100% polyester, is fitted with a zip that enables you to customize your own pillow to the correct fit. An extra bag of filling is provided with every order of MyPillowPerfect. If you may need additional filling, this can also be purchased separately. My name is Madelaine Franklin, I am a Chiropractor and the Medical Director of Franklin Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Center, located in the heart of Dubai. This is the third country that I have practiced in, and globally I have been faced with the same recurring question from my patients: "What is the best pillow that I can buy to give me the best support for my neck?" I cringed inwardly every time this question was asked, as every patient is different and presents with different factors. Factors that I needed to consider was the position they slept in and how big their shoulder width was. Although there are many great pillows in the market, few were able to be 100% customizable to my patients needs.
