North Ridge Partners is a technology investment bank operating across Asia Pacific. Technology is in our DNA. Founded in 2003, our origins are in tech sector investment, having built and sold several publicly traded technology companies. Our teams on the ground in Singapore, Sydney and Auckland provide established technology sector clients with strategic financial advice, and execute their M&A and capital raising assignments. As an investment bank we differentiate ourselves in two ways: firstly, we have built and sold multiple tech companies, so we understand the journey; and secondly, we have an acute understanding of governance, having chaired and been directors of many growth companies.
