Oriel Research Therapeutics (ORT) is a startup company, part of the Johnson & Johnson Innovation Lab (JLAB, Cambridge, MA) that provides early detection services for cancer and other medical conditions, such as Acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Sepsis and Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). ORT utilizes its proprietary cutting edge platform to make its discoveries and provide services. The ORT platform includes Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), clinical information and Artificial Intelligence technologies. ORT's robust datasets process over 1 million samples of genomics and clinical information. The processed data with ORT's advanced analytics allows detection of multiple medical conditions in high true positive rate and low false negative rate. The ORT platform is disease agnostic, and can expand its detection tests to additional diseases.
