Owen Morris Strategic Partnership are consultants and facilitators in strategic management. Our mission is to help leaders be strong and effective strategic leaders of their teams and their organisations. At an organisational level we do this, in particular, by assisting leaders achieve skilled and appropriate application of strategic data, stakeholder dialogue, creative/visionary thinking, and strong strategic management processes. We work with Boards, CEOs, trustees and senor management teams and provide expert advice, project support and interim/ongoing director support in the areas of market research, stakeholder consultation, business analysis, strategic thinking, strategic/business planning, business development and change. The practice was set up six years ago by lead partners, Mike Owen, and Anthony Morris, who together share over 30 years management experience across business, public and non-profit sectors. We work with an extended team of associates and specialists - from finance to HR - who come together in a flexible way to give the best-qualified team for each client project. We are based in the centre of the UK, but we serve clients across the UK and internationally. We specialise in support for b2b companies, professional service firms, professional membership and trade associations, NGOs, and other not-for-profit/charity-based organisations.
