We are a team of independent consultants with collective experience of 17+ years in the non-profit sector, with a shared passion for helping NGOs grow. After working at various levels of the hierarchy at NGOs across domains, we have come to realize that however different they might seem, most organizations are bogged down by the same challenges in growth & efficiency - lack of skilled resources and/or effective training mechanisms. Inevitably, it is the leadership that bears the burden and spends considerable time in supporting the organization day to day, instead of focusing on growing externally. Through Own 2 feet (O2F), we wish to be a capacity building / training consultant partner for small or mid-sized NGOs who have not yet stabilized in terms of financial sustenance and impact delivery. Instead of delivering services, we intend to roll up our sleeves and sit with our partners and help them be self-reliant.
