www.pacificgears.in Pacific Gears specializes in fast turnaround of 3,4 and 5 axis CNC milled components using Makino Cnc machines. We use Hypermill to programme the machines offline. This allows us to produce extremely complex components, and supports optimum use of Makino Machines. We can offer our customers an all-in-one stop for engineering with design, development, one off prototypes, manufacturing production runs, treatments and plating (outsourced) through to complete assembly. Our specialist skills and experience combined with our fast highly accurate CNC machinery enable us to be extremely competitive in quality, price, performance and delivery. We have a real passion for precision Engineering and our enthusiasm is reflected in our quality of work. To ensure this we have ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. We are also under process *AS 9100D Certification (Expected End 2020).
