Once officially registered on the site, users can invite friends and family members to be a part of their Pearl Care Team to help choose the perfect facility, coordinate their stay and provide required move-in documentation. Users are also able to make a list of favorites and compare and share the results, book their stay, sign up for amenities, pay for their stay, message facilities directly, upload and submit required intake documents, and make amendments to their bookings as needed. Providers are able to create an account and add residences and inventory (listings and rooms) for consumers to book directly on the site. Pearl allows providers complete transparency into each booking transaction and they can watch it proceed from start to finish, knowing exactly where each prospective resident is in the process. With at-a-glance information, providers can make faster decisions about how each facility is doing, assess performance of each facility and plan for staffing.
