We are specialist manufacturers of composite and carbon fibre moulds, patterns and parts for prototype, pre-production and production aerospace, automotive, bespoke furniture and artwork and design projects. We offer CAD, CAM, 5 axis CNC machining, 3D inspection/scanning and reverse engineering as well as more traditional hand and bench skills. Our dedicated carbon fibre, composite department has two dedicated temperature controlled clean rooms with fully equipped workstations, a conveyorised kit cutting machine with the latest nesting software and digital scanner, a large walk-in freezer, a fully extracted finishing department with a dedicated bonding room, 2m x 3m italmatic autoclave with the latest software, 2.5W x 2H x 2.1D curing oven for out of clave systems and post curing capabilities complimented with full inspection facilities.
