Phase One Ventures is a New Zealand focussed venture firm. We believe that New Zealand founders are world class and with support from "been there done that" advisors can build world changing companies. We commit to founders by helping them lay the foundations for truly high growth companies. We do this by helping to get them to product market fit, crystallise a vision and identify growth engines. We also help with company building (people strategies) but the focus are those first three steps. We provide this support pro bono and will invest into the companies that make good progress on those first three steps.
