Property Seekers is a property sourcing company that has been trading for 5 years with an established client base looking to purchase below market value properties within London and the surrounding cities. Able to source ‘Below Market Value' properties (Of at least a minimum of between 30% to 50% BMV – Below Market Value properties) within the United Kingdom and the surrounding countries for an established client base. To source Freehold/leasehold properties that have been made vacant/or tenanted/ by repossession or by motivated sellers. Access to prime real estate units within Central London of between 30% to 50% below current market valuations. We are working exclusively with a number of institutions to obtain such discounts in London and are currently negotiating on a number of large portfolios which will be emailed to our client base in due course. We have access to investment units nationwide and through our sources can offer to plan portfolios, aid development through acquisitions and disposal to ensure a positive cash flow with excellent built in equity in each unit. An example is of a large residential property in Belgravia, Central London valued at £15 million pounds sterling purchased for an East-European client for £9 million pounds Sterling. We work closely with leading lenders and financial institutions within the UK and Overseas and have access to a large and varied range of financial products for both residential and commercial purchases. As a background, Property Seekers board of companies and associates comprise of a number of solicitors' practice specialising in all property matters, and a specialist mortgage brokerage business (The Finance Lab Ltd) and Property Seekers which is an investment vehicle solely tasked with locating/sourcing investment/development and rental properties for our many clients.
